criteria, Meetic also tells you how many profiles "nearly" match and you

How much can be done for free
It's necessary to complete the simple free
registration before doing any searching, but this is a quick one page
affair and there is no need to fill in a full profile, you can do that
later or not at all. All searching can be done for free. Payment options
are where Meetic gets really innovative and strikes out from the rest with
it's system of Krediz. These are a sort of Meetic currency - you get a few
when you join up, some more if you add a photo to your profile, and then
you can buy more if you need them. Different site functions such as
viewing profiles, and sending messages "cost" different amounts of Krediz.
Searching is always free. You can you still purchase regular type
subscriptions if you prefer, and these give you unlimited access to all
the functions. A third option is to dial into Meetic on a special rate
phone number instead of using your standard internet connection.
